Juan Felipe Gaitan

I’m a performance marketing specialist and economist with hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts in a remote team environment. I own the full campaign lifecycle—from launch and creative testing to budget optimization and performance reporting—with a clear data-first approach to audience segmentation and conversion tracking.

In my freelance role, I structure and optimize end-to-end funnel campaigns, monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPM, and reallocate budgets to maximize efficiency. I run A/B tests on creatives and audience segments to improve click-through and conversion rates, while reviewing creative briefs to keep messaging aligned with targeting and campaign objectives.

Alongside marketing, my economics background and teaching experience at Universidad de los Andes strengthen how I think about decisions, incentives, and quantitative evaluation. Previously, as a Financial Project Controller Intern at Nokia, I handled forecasting and budgeting, built performance dashboards, and supported cross-functional decision-making through stakeholder reporting.
