At Lohary S.A.S., I manage technology, administrative, and operational processes, including support for internal users and clients. I diagnose incidents involving equipment, operating systems, applications, and technology services, and maintain approximately 10 computers.
I also manage web infrastructure through CyberPanel and VPS, including web services, domains, DNS, and databases. I maintain WordPress and WooCommerce platforms and support corporate email users.
At Clínica San Rafael — SOCIMÉDICOS, I handled approximately 15–20 user requests per day through an internal ticketing system. I diagnosed hardware, software, and operating system incidents, provided direct user support, and followed requests through to resolution.
As an Android Development Intern at GLOBANT, I developed application features using Kotlin and integrated REST APIs. In my Katas movie app project, I used layered architecture, Retrofit, and Room for API consumption and local persistence.
