At Spread, I run operations for a Los Angeles agency from Colombia, covering web development, marketing, social media, AI voice agents and reporting for US clients. I manage five active clients, each with its own operations, deliverables and reporting.
I led the rollout and operation of an AI phone agent for a network of five pediatric dental clinics in California. It answered 6,784 calls and booked 956 appointments in 10 weeks, including 924 calls in Spanish.
I built the AI front desk for a five-clinic pediatric dental group, with phone and online agents connected to GoTo Connect. The agent expanded from one location to four, while its cost per minute dropped from USD 0.24 to 0.04 after a platform migration.
I also built Central, a production web app where I coordinate projects with several AI agents, and an outreach engine for small businesses in Colombia and the US. My work spans operations, project management, AI agent orchestration, websites and SEO.
