At Alcaldía de Soledad, I provided on-site and remote technical support across the organization’s offices, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. I also maintained computers and installed, configured, and updated operating systems and institutional software.
At Servingelect S.A.S., I supported users, troubleshot equipment, and performed preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance during my professional internship.
Across these roles, I managed operational data and reports using databases and Excel, and implemented and maintained backup protocols. My Systems Engineering studies included a minor in Software Engineering and Information Technology Management.
