What I'm looking for

I’m interested in applying my technology knowledge and problem-solving skills in IT support, help desk, or application support.

At BETEK, I developed an OCR microservice that extracts text from images and PDF files using TypeScript and Node.js. I also integrated it with an API.

While working on the project, I identified and debugged errors, designed and normalized a MySQL database, and used Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.

At EMTELCO, I assisted customers with mobile service issues. I performed initial diagnostics of mobile data connectivity problems using established procedures and guided users through possible causes and solutions.

At Konecta, I advised customers on financial products and services, identified their needs, and followed up with clients. I’m currently studying Software Development Technology at ITM and have completed courses in Java, frontend development, and command-line tools.
