I am a responsible, punctual, and proactive young professional with a strong background in management and tourism development. With experience in hotels, travel agencies, and contact centers, I have developed exceptional skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in various roles, including travel agent, bilingual adviser, and receptionist. These experiences have not only honed my skills but also taught me the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and continuous learning.

I hold a degree in Management and Tourism Development from Universidad Centroamericana (UCA) and have also completed courses in Sales Protocols, Teamwork, and Excel. I am fluent in Spanish and English, and I am proficient in using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
