I'm currently Head of Operations at Meet2go, where I co-lead company-wide operations with the CEO and turn strategic priorities into structured cross-functional execution.
I design KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and recurring operating cadences that improve visibility, prioritization, and decision-making across distributed international teams. I also lead commercial and strategic initiatives with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Previously, I delivered multi-market projects at Fever, including an AI-based prioritization tool estimated to save €200K annually, and led data governance and digital transformation work at PwC España. I bring an Industrial Engineering background and use SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and operational analytics to solve complex execution challenges.
