What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Operations/Logistics role where I can lead a team, own end-to-end execution, manage KPIs and billing, and partner with customers and carriers to improve service, reduce risk, and drive continuous growth.

I have proudly been involved on every side of the table when it comes to Operations and Logistics, from start to finish—handling day-to-day processes, large teams, and career-changing projects. As a Logistics Manager, I manage a logistics operation team of 12 and direct/assign 80+ shipments per day with a “no shipment left behind” mindset.

I’m accountable for KPI performance across 16 accounts, lead weekly to biweekly customer reviews, and manage 800–1200 AR/AP invoices per month. I also negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers and customers, perform daily spot bidding, and create SOPs that become training examples for new hires—while collaborating with vendors and carriers to improve pricing and service.
