At Concentrix, I provided executive and operational support to 3 Site Directors and 5 Senior Managers, coordinating calendars, meetings, travel, and leadership communications. I monitored budgets totaling more than PHP 1 million and coordinated over 20 site and program events annually for an employee population of more than 3,000.
I also coordinated employee engagement, recognition, and CSR initiatives, and helped organize one of Concentrix Cebu’s biggest Family Day events in 2026. I was recognized as part of Concentrix President’s Club in 2022, after previously serving as a Team Leader supporting a team of 20–25 employees.
