What I'm looking for

I'm looking for procurement and supply chain opportunities supporting data center or critical infrastructure projects, where I can lead China and APAC sourcing, manage long-lead equipment, and improve cost, lead time, and delivery outcomes.

I manage end-to-end procurement for digital infrastructure, industrial equipment, and cross-border projects, from supplier sourcing and RFQs through contract execution, production follow-up, and final delivery.

At China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, I supported the Gui’an Huawei Cloud Data Center and Agricultural Bank of China Inner Mongolia Data Center projects, covering RMB 160M and RMB 171M procurement scopes. I coordinated sourcing across critical power, IT, cooling, cabling, and long-lead equipment packages while working with engineering, suppliers, logistics, and site teams.

I’ve contributed to package-level savings of up to 26% and recovered approximately 40 to 60 days of equipment-delivery schedules through early sourcing, parallel bidding, supplier expediting, and schedule management. I also bring China and APAC supplier development experience, including cross-border logistics for high-value industrial equipment serving European customers.
