I am a results-driven Customer Support, Inside Sales, and Business Development Representative with proven success in high-volume client interactions and outbound prospecting. I consistently qualify leads, generate pipeline, schedule demos, and meet daily and monthly KPIs while maintaining accurate CRM records.

At Nice Job I conducted high-volume outbound cold calls to create new business opportunities and managed follow-up sequences via calls and email. In my role supporting the Comcast account at Sutherland, I handled inbound and outbound calls, resolved billing and technical inquiries, identified upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and helped improve team call scripts and sales performance.
