In my current role as a Remote Educator at Preply.com, I support an international cohort from 100+ nationalities, including Turkish, Spanish, and Chinese speakers. I resolve technical and scheduling challenges in real time to keep service delivery seamless across diverse time zones.

Previously at Brithill Concepts, I improved customer support efficiency by 30% while troubleshooting complex inquiries on the spot. I also supervised and mentored a team of 65 staff members, building a collaborative, high-performing environment.
