What I'm looking for

I’m open to part-time jobs. I’m seeking roles where I can contribute my employee-relations and HR operations experience.

At Clarivate, I’m the sole Employee Relations Partner for approximately 1,000 employees. I advise managers, HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders on employment, performance and organizational matters.

I lead complex processes involving performance, conduct, employee exits, redundancy and organizational change. I also draft and implement policies and frameworks, including the Employment Handbook, Code of Conduct and PIP framework.

At Hyperoptic Ltd, I led ER support for 750+ employees in Serbia and also supported the UK business. I advised managers and HR Business Partners on complex employment matters and participated in redundancy and workforce change projects.

Earlier at Hyperoptic Ltd, I managed employee cases and workforce planning as a People Services Specialist, then administered employee lifecycle processes as a Human Resources Administrator. I hold a law degree in International Law from University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, and I’m open to long-term relocation across the European market.
