Doris Repaš

I’m Doris, based in Serbia. I work across operations, HR, and logistics—always focused on execution, clarity, and systems that actually work. I currently manage skydiving manifests at Skydive 024, coordinating jump loads, verifying safety compliance, and handling customer workflows. In parallel, I support recruitment and onboarding as an HR intern, screening candidates, organizing training, and maintaining employee records.

I’ve also worked as a Language Data and Quality Reviewer at Volga Partners, where I tracked and analyzed multilingual data, flagged inconsistencies, and translated project documentation. Whether I’m managing dropzone schedules or refining hiring funnels, I move fast, adapt quickly, and keep blockers out of the way.

Fluent in Serbian and English, with working knowledge of Spanish and Slovenian. I use tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, and Zoom daily, and I’m certified in time management, leadership, and administrative foundations. I thrive in async, high-velocity environments where precision and ownership matter.
