I'm currently leading warehouse operations at We3PL / Empire Imports, directing receiving, shipping, inventory control, fulfillment, labor allocation, quality, productivity, and customer service for approximately 65 associates through supervisors and leads.

I support warehouse startups and transitions by establishing workflows, operational structure, SOPs, safety standards, training, coaching, and clear performance expectations. I use workflow and performance analysis to remove bottlenecks and optimize labor utilization.

Previously, I coordinated logistics across distribution channels at Hickmans Family Farms and supervised warehouse and distribution operations at Delta Apparel. My work has included shipment tracking, supplier coordination, transportation scheduling, inventory accuracy, material movement, productivity, compliance, and continuous improvement.

I also bring quality assurance experience from FIGS, where I inspected medical apparel, identified defects, supported root-cause analysis, and maintained audit and certification records. Across my roles, I've managed operations involving 15,000+ active SKUs and focused on building accountable teams that perform in fast-paced environments.
