I’m looking for an HR role where I can own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, maintain HRIS/HCMS data integrity, and drive accurate payroll coordination and compliance—while partnering cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

I’m a detail-oriented HR professional managing end-to-end HR operations across the complete employee lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, probation tracking, contract compliance, and intern lifecycle management. At J-PAL South Asia, I handle probation management timelines and coordinate the annual performance management system execution.

I take pride in ensuring data integrity within core HCMS systems and generating routine and ad-hoc audits/analytics. I streamline multi-tier payroll inputs and cross-team data coordination to support exceptionally accurate, timely monthly processing, while serving as a primary POC for systemic employee queries using Salesforce and HRIS tracking.

Previously, as an HR Assistant and HR and Operations Assistant, I coordinated compliant onboarding and rigorous documentation verification, supported exit management pipelines, and maintained daily digital employee databases. I’ve also contributed as an HR Intern to a major HCMS project, assisting with data migration protocols and user acceptance testing to strengthen user readiness and operational compliance.
