I’m an HR & Operations professional with experience in employee onboarding, HR administration, training, process improvement, record management, and operational support. I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management, and I bring a practical, accuracy-first approach to high-volume HR and operations work.

In my current role, I manage onboarding, enrollment administration, payments, and record maintenance across multiple systems, using HRIS tools for leave/vacation tracking and HR-related documentation. I’ve created and optimized 6+ SOPs, improving workflow efficiency and consistency by 35%, and I maintain KPI reports and compliance-focused documentation while training new team members on SOPs and operational processes.

Previously as a Quality Specialist at Amazon, I conducted audits, compliance reviews, and quality evaluations, implemented 13+ policy and process updates with cross-functional partners, and supported performance improvement through coaching and mentorship.
