I currently lead end-to-end order lifecycle management across entries, bookings, renewals, subscriptions, and modifications. I manage critical supply chain escalations, root cause analysis, restricted-product compliance, and coordination with Supply Logistics Centers.
I've delivered automation initiatives that reduced manual effort and improved order accuracy and throughput. I also built Salesforce and BI dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into KPIs, service requests, sales performance, and supply chain health.
