At ActiveCampaign (Postmark), I served as Tech Lead and primary owner for Postmark and DMARC Digests through major team transitions, helping maintain product stability across the web application, alerting, billing, and end-to-end QA. I also guided the billing platform migration and drove the next-generation template editor from technical discovery through delivery.
I owned Postmark’s billing infrastructure and built and maintained its new pricing-tier integration. I also designed a multi-agent framework with human-in-the-loop write gates and risk-based model routing, alongside an agentic RAG documentation-search MCP server that increased my delivery throughput roughly 10x.
At ActiveCampaign, I built internal support tooling that helped L2 Customer Support resolve issues without engineering escalation, contributing to lower reply and resolution times. I also rebuilt a legacy PHP support console as a React and TypeScript micro frontend, reaching feature parity while halving initial load time.
Earlier, I modernized SmarterSelect’s platform with a Rails API and React frontend, and at 4Geeks (Daddyo) I designed and implemented the backend for a video sperm analysis platform using Python, OpenCV, and AWS. Across these roles, I’ve worked on SaaS products, payments, customer support tooling, and data privacy.
