I’m a reliable, computer-proficient Customer Service Representative with hands-on experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) as a frontline CSR who interacts with customers. I’ve worked in sales and telecommunications settings, handling customer needs through chat support and outbound calls.

I worked as a CSR for a sales account while taking up college courses in Information Technology, and later served as a Customer Representative for seasonal health insurance and marketing accounts. I bring an analytical mindset, strong communication in English, and a team-oriented work style to every shift.

I also pursue professional e-sports alongside working and studying, representing the Philippines in international tournaments under BREN Esports (PH), SCARZ (JAPAN), and Revenant Computer Proficient Esports (INDIA). I’m motivated and enthusiastic, looking forward to acquire valuable knowledge and skills that complement my academe and previous experience—especially in technical support and customer-focused roles.
