I am a customer service representative with four years of BPO experience focused on delivering high-quality client support and technical troubleshooting. I have worked tiered support and mentorship roles for major clients such as Samsung America, AOL, and Disney Plus.
At Transcom Philippines, I handled inbound and outbound calls, updated CRM records, and scheduled technician home service appointments while resolving technical issues.
