I’m looking for an account management or operations role where I can build strong client relationships, coordinate teams, and drive day-to-day execution—using process improvements, clear reporting, and reliable service delivery.

I’m an account management and operations professional with experience supporting sales growth, merchandising execution, and inventory planning across fast-paced environments. I’ve managed a territory of 16 retail accounts in the Ann Arbor market, partnering with store leadership to secure product displays and support promotions.

In my operations role, I managed daily workforce coordination for 40+ employees across multiple locations. I oversaw scheduling, staffing assignments, onboarding, and personnel administration, while also assisting with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training.

I bring a practical, service-focused approach—maintaining operational records, reports, and compliance documentation, and acting as a liaison between clients, management, and field personnel.
