What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations-focused role where I can lead teams, manage schedules and budgets, train and coach staff, and improve processes—bringing strong security/hospitality leadership to a service-driven, accountable culture.

I’m a results-driven operations and management professional and United States Marine Corps veteran recognized for leadership, accountability, and problem-solving. I’ve led teams across security operations, hospitality, manufacturing, property maintenance, and military service—building reliable processes that improve performance and efficiency.

In my most impactful roles, I managed operations supporting up to 120 personnel in large-scale security environments and oversaw two hotel properties as an Area Manager/General Manager. I bring strengths in personnel supervision, scheduling, budgets, payroll administration, training, report writing, and incident investigation, and I currently apply that same operational discipline to maintaining a 9-acre private residential estate. I’m currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Psychology while seeking opportunities in operations, administration, management, customer service leadership, or office support roles.

Led and supervised personnel during military communications operations, maintaining accountability for mission-critical radio equipment.
