I'm currently a C Technician at Bridgestone/Firestone U.S.A, where I diagnose mechanical issues, explain technical resolutions to vehicle owners, and complete quality-control inspections for fleet and consumer vehicles.

Previously, I operated as a self-employed mobile mechanic, managing client relationships, scheduling, contract negotiation, diagnostics, and customized service plans. I maintained 100% on-time service delivery across a distributed territory through route planning and mobile scheduling applications.

At Vixster Waste and Recycling, I used the WorkWave navigator application to locate, track, and service residential and commercial waste accounts while resolving on-route pickup challenges and maintaining waste and recycling volume logs.

I'm pursuing a degree in Interactive Technology focused on software usability, interface design, data navigation, digital media applications, and system-level troubleshooting. My background spans customer service, sales, fleet operations, technical diagnostics, retention, and translating data into practical recommendations.
