At Firestone Complete Auto Care, I achieved top sales and performance in 2025 while working as an Auto Mechanic Technician. I diagnosed vehicle issues, explained problems and solutions to customers, and performed repairs and maintenance.

Before that, I worked remotely as a Customer Service Representative at Medright Urgent Care. I handled customer inquiries and resolved problems, maintained interaction records, and created a customer database.

My customer-facing experience includes two years in customer service and four years as an automotive technician. Through that work, I learned to listen, earn trust, and focus on the problem a customer needs solved.

I’ve spent the past four months sharpening my discovery and closing skills through intensive mentorship and daily practice. I’m now looking for a remote sales role where I can put that drive to work.
