ColombiaWhat I'm looking for
At Devenir Cafe, I drive customer retention for a specialty coffee brand across Shopify e-commerce and two physical locations. I design lifecycle email flows and retention copy in Klaviyo while growing repeat purchases on a small paid media budget.
I'm designing a subscription program to build recurring revenue before scaling Meta Ads acquisition. I also launched a coffee-recommendation quiz using a similarity-based scoring model to personalize product suggestions.
I use GA4, Shopify, and Merchant Center data to diagnose funnel drop-offs and lead CRO initiatives, including a free-shipping progress bar, cross-sells, and customer reviews. Operating two locations has also given me direct customer insight and experience leading teams of up to 10 people.
In parallel, I'm the sole finance lead for a U.S. steel processing company through Turia GBS, using SAP, QuickBooks, AI tools, and automation workflows to deliver reporting and dashboards. My finance background keeps me focused on revenue and customer lifetime value, not just opens and clicks.
