At Blueprint Business Technology, supporting MTN Nigeria Network Operations, I monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues, and support routers, switches, and wireless access points.
I provide first- and second-line technical support, document incidents and maintenance activities, and collaborate with senior engineers to improve network performance and operational reliability. I also support access management, network security best practices, and timely escalation of critical incidents.
I've built multi-site network simulation labs with VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, DHCP, NAT, and ACLs, while bringing additional experience in system administration, hardware and software support, and digital content creation.
