I'm a Network & Support Engineer at Treten Networks Nigeria, configuring Layer 2 networks and VLANs across Cisco and Juniper devices to improve traffic segmentation and performance.

I rack, power, and maintain HPE and Dell servers alongside Cisco ASR9K routers and Ciena WaveServer optical transport systems for enterprise clients. I also monitor Fortinet, Cisco, F5, and Arbor firewall infrastructure.

I investigate incidents, manage customer escalations, and work with senior engineers to minimize downtime. Using SNMP-based monitoring, I track device health, IP records, link status, and security compliance.

My experience also includes fiber deployment, ONU provisioning, PRTG monitoring, LAN troubleshooting, and end-user IT support. I'm pursuing CCNA and JNCIA-DC certifications while building practical network management solutions.
