At Blueprint Technology Limited on the MTN Nigeria project, I provide first-line and escalation support for enterprise network infrastructure, monitoring performance and device health with SolarWinds, PRTG, and Nagios. I deploy and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and access points; manage VLANs, ACLs, and VPN connections; and follow controlled change-management processes.

I've also delivered technical and network support at Treten Network Limited, covering branch systems, end-user support, asset records, preventive maintenance, PC deployment, and issue resolution. CCNA-certified, I bring hands-on LAN/WAN, routing, switching, network security, and troubleshooting experience across Cisco and Huawei environments.
