At Epiroc, I run on-site IT for an industrial site of about 70 people and support regional sites remotely. After a server-room leak damaged more than $250K of network and server equipment, I replaced firewalls, switches, servers, and the UPS, restoring the site in about 30 hours.
As an independent IT contractor, I’m leading a 33-mailbox Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migration covering about 250 GB. The migration achieved 99.1% first-pass success, and I built open-source PowerShell and Python tools to audit the tenant and validate the migration.
My ongoing homelab project uses Proxmox VE, TrueNAS, and Docker, with GitOps deployment, SSO, monitoring, and tested offsite backups. Earlier, I supported data-center and ISP users, troubleshooting infrastructure and networking issues and improving incident triage.
