What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an internship in Employment Relations or Human Resource Management where I can contribute to a structured HR function, apply my HR compliance and reporting knowledge, and continue developing professionally.

I'm studying Employment Relations and Human Resource Management at Bells University of Technology, combining HR development frameworks with research into Nigerian HR compliance, including the NDPA 2023, Labour Act, PENCOM, NSITF, ITF Act, and CAMA 2020.

I've independently researched and catalogued more than 100 sector-specific HR and regulatory compliance requirements for Nigerian SMEs. I also work with advanced Excel, Power BI, OrangeHRM, Zoho People, and HR metrics and dashboards, and I'm seeking an internship where I can contribute to and grow within a structured HR function.
