I seek an HR or administrative role where I can apply recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement skills, learn on the job, and support a collaborative, growth-oriented team.

I am an enthusiastic, detail-oriented entry-level human resources professional currently studying Industrial Relations and Personnel Management at the University of Ilorin. I have practical HR experience through internships and leadership roles where I led recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, ISO-related internal audits, and campus-wide coordination of HR activities.

My achievements include organizing HR-focused webinars, leading high-impact student networking events, sourcing and onboarding remote candidates, and supporting people-and-culture processes using Excel and HR systems. I bring strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and event-planning skills, and I am eager to contribute to HR or administrative teams where I can grow and add immediate value.
