What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an HR role where I can support recruitment, employee experience, performance management, compliance, and people-focused workplace initiatives while continuing my CIPM professional development.

I've supported HR operations at Bema Integrated Services and managed end-to-end recruitment at 8thGear Partners Limited, from job advertising and candidate sourcing through onboarding.

I help create positive employee experiences across onboarding, performance management, employee relations, engagement, and offboarding. I maintain accurate HR records, support compliance, and contribute to policy and procedure development.

Previously, at Robindale College, I managed administrative operations, records, communications, and staff onboarding support.

I'm pursuing CIPM certification and bring a BA in English and International Studies, along with a people-focused approach to organizational effectiveness.
