What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead learning, organizational development, and operations initiatives that strengthen service excellence, develop leaders, improve performance, and align cross-functional teams with business priorities.

At AKAM, I lead service excellence, training, and professional development across the South Florida portfolio, supporting Property Managers, General Managers, and regional leadership.

I've co-created and implemented the Management Essentials program, building foundational leadership, communication, customer service, and operational competencies. I design scenario-based learning around resident relations, conflict resolution, and professional communication, while strengthening onboarding, leadership pathways, and post-training evaluation.

Previously at FirstService Residential, I managed financial performance, property budgets, management teams, and stakeholder relationships across a book of business. At Kingston-Miami Trading Co., I led cross-functional operations and implemented SAP Business One across the organization.

Across more than 15 years in operations and organizational development, I've developed leaders, improved performance, managed financials, and driven continuous improvement through accountable, customer-focused teams.
