What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable, engaging learning experiences that support employee growth, compliance, and strategic business objectives while partnering closely with leaders and stakeholders.

At Harvard Maintenance and Harvard Shared Services, I lead learning programs for a national, multi-state workforce of more than 10,000 employees.

I administer and continuously improve Harvard Achieve, designing onboarding, leadership development, compliance, and professional-growth learning experiences. I also facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid sessions across business units and regions.

I turn learning needs into scalable resources, including eLearning modules, facilitator guides, SOPs, job aids, videos, presentations, and learner communications. By analyzing LMS metrics and feedback, I create executive dashboards and actionable insights that improve completion, engagement, and audit readiness.

My foundation in education includes classroom and virtual instruction with Miami-Dade County Public Schools and language instruction at Barry University. I also serve GiGi's Playhouse Miami as a Board Member and Program Coordinator, helping develop enrichment programs for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
