I’m a multilingual IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience providing Level 1 technical support to Disney users through Serem Consultoría Empresarial.
I supported users by phone and chat in French and Spanish while managing and documenting tickets in English through ServiceNow. My experience includes troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, VPN and connectivity issues, hardware, software, printers and peripherals, as well as providing remote desktop support.
I also worked with Active Directory for user account management, password resets and account unlocking, and with Citrix/EPCOT for user verification. I used Knowledge Base procedures to resolve incidents efficiently and escalated more complex issues to higher-level support teams when needed.
I’m now looking for a fully remote IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role where I can continue developing my technical skills while working in an international environment. I’m comfortable working in Spanish, English and French and particularly enjoy solving problems and helping users get back to work quickly.
