I resolve enterprise IT incidents across SAP, Active Directory, VPNs, and virtual desktops.

I've supported international corporate users on Airbus projects across Commercial, Helicopter, and ADS, administering SAP and Active Directory access while resolving network, VPN, and virtual-desktop incidents.

Previously, on the Siemens project at ATOS, I managed corporate tools, network drives, access, and connectivity using Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, SAP, Active Directory, and VPN. I also perform French linguistic and functional game testing at Localsoft, documenting localization and usability defects and collaborating with development teams to validate fixes and final quality.
