I’m an IT support technician focused on Soporte técnico N1/N2, resolving hardware incidents and supporting software needs. In my current role at Valencia Trading Office – VTO | User Service, I prioritize fast, reliable incident handling and clear communication with users.
Before that, I worked at Sothis Soluciones Tecnológicas, where I was promoted from field informatics support to Técnico Active Directory for the client Huevos Guillén. I handled gestión de usuarios y permisos and provided remote support, strengthening my ability to manage access accurately and troubleshoot efficiently.
