What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an N2 IT support role where I can handle incidents end-to-end—hardware/software troubleshooting, Active Directory user & permissions, remote support, and ticketing in GLPI/ServiceNow—within a team that values clear SLAs.

I’m an IT support technician focused on Soporte técnico N1/N2, resolving incidencias hardware and supporting software needs. In my current role at Valencia Trading Office – VTO | User Service, I prioritize fast, reliable incident handling and clear communication with users.

Before that, I worked at Sothis Soluciones Tecnológicas, where I was promoted from field informatics support to Técnico Active Directory for the client Huevos Guillén. I handled gestión de usuarios y permisos and provided soporte remoto, strengthening my ability to manage access accurately and troubleshoot efficiently.

From 12/2021 – 10/2023, I also supported day-to-day operations using ticketing platforms including GLPI, Informático ServiceDesk, ServiceNow, Jira, and SD+. I’m comfortable working structured cases, tracking requests, and collaborating to move incidents toward resolution.

Earlier experience includes Técnico Informático N2 at Eltec IT Services S.L.U (installation and configuration of equipment, Redes TCP/IP) and support across office and endpoint environments such as Office 365, VPN, and Azure/Intune. My background also includes training in Microinformática y redes with exposure to SQL.
