Since May 2025, I’ve served as an Appraisal Unit Manager at Travelers Insurance, leading and managing a team of 7 auto appraisers. I focus on quality and timely resolution of auto claims appraisals and negotiations with repair facilities, while coaching and developing appraisers to be more proficient in their roles.
From June 2021 to May 2025, I worked as an Auto Damage Appraiser at Travelers, partnering with repair facilities and customers on vehicle repairs and total loss valuation. I’m licensed to work as an Auto Appraiser in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, and Rhode Island, and I use CCC ONE estimating to construct repair estimates and guide customers through valuations and the total loss process.
Earlier, at GEICO and Liberty Mutual Insurance, I advanced through Auto Damage Appraiser/Adjuster roles into leadership as a Claims Team Manager. I led and developed claims representatives, monitored quality standards, resolved complex complaints and coverage questions, and supported recruiting, continuous coaching, and performance feedback—advancing through training, mentoring, and technical best practices.
