Hi, I'm Glen — a payments industry professional with nearly 7 years of experience in merchant acquiring, KYC compliance, and dispute/chargeback management, based in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Philippines.

I currently lead a team of 3 as Team Lead – Merchant Acquiring, handling onboarding, KYC, and website compliance review for around 100 merchant applications a month while keeping SLA compliance at 95%. Before that, I managed 50 employees across 5 departments running dispute and chargeback operations — a role I stepped into with almost zero handoff and had to stabilize on my own, at times also covering shift management across several other departments. That's more or less my pattern: I get handed the harder, messier problem, and I build the structure it needs.

Across every role — from processing thousands of merchant applications at 98% accuracy early in my career, to leading teams today — compliance-driven precision and steady operational leadership have been the throughline. I've also built my own tools along the way, including an Excel-based application tracker I'm rolling out team-wide.

I'm currently open to remote or relocation-friendly roles in merchant acquiring, payments operations, and KYC/AML compliance.
