I’m an experienced operations professional with a strong background in customer support, technical troubleshooting, and team leadership, backed by over 10 years in the payment processing industry. I began my career in technical support, specializing in POS systems, mobile payments, and networking devices, before progressing into leadership roles handling multiple teams across operations, onboarding, and support.
