At the Internal Revenue Service, I handle approximately 50 taxpayer calls and support around 30 complex cases each week through account research, financial review, and IRS procedure interpretation.
I also serve as a delegated backup lead for a unit of 18 employees, completing weekly reporting, validating SETR time reporting, assisting with complex cases, and communicating procedural updates.
My work relies on IDRS, AMS, and EUP to analyze taxpayer account information, identify discrepancies, and support accurate case resolutions. I bring a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration–Economics and experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Earlier marketing internships with The Birdie Lou Counseling Center and Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks let me apply marketing strategy, audience research, social media content, and product promotion. I’ve also trained 40–50 employees at Amazon and supported member retention and operations at The Iron Office Gym.
