At Syniverse, I manage proprietary Diameter Routing Agents on Linux Red Hat enterprise nodes, supporting signaling across HSS and MME entities in the global IPX network.

I troubleshoot peer configurations, SCTP links, and roaming traffic anomalies, tracing faults across IP, BGP, Diameter, and SCTP layers. I use Grafana telemetry to monitor network performance and help maintain customer SLAs.
