I’m a Senior Project Management Professional (PMP) specializing in PMO delivery for new product development, from feasibility through transition to market launch. I focus on structured governance, clear documentation, and consistent execution across technical and business interfaces.
I’ve led complete development cycles in pharmaceutical and chemical industries, including technology transfers and factory implementation, with a recurring emphasis on project monitoring and practical process improvements. In my current role, I also analyze and implement improvements and automations in departmental systems to make delivery faster and more reliable.
