At Deckard Technologies, I help local governments across the U.S. run short-term rental and occupancy tax compliance programs. I’m the direct email contact for municipal and county clients during letter campaigns, managing review and approval cycles and coordinating updates to notice templates.
I triage, escalate, and track support tickets in Jira, then deliver final resolutions to clients. I also own the Letters Review by Client process end to end and designed automated workflows connecting Slack, Jira, SharePoint, Gmail, and Trello using AI assistants and Power Automate.
Before joining Compliance, I moved from data entry to Senior Property Data Associate at Deckard. I worked on property data quality and client disputes, and supported and coached data entry staff.
Before Deckard, I spent over ten years as an entrepreneur in apparel, footwear, and e-commerce, including selling through Mercado Libre, Éxito.com, and Linio. I also worked as site administrator on an electrical transmission tower installation project, handling supplier payments, crew logistics, and payroll reporting.
