I closed $1.5M across 220 high-value orders, recovered $22,351 in shipping-damage claims in one year, and replaced a third-party dealer application with an in-house approval system for a wholesale program of 850+ accounts.
Across Rockledge Spaces, Family Storage Space, and Bartow Spaces, I directed staff and led a DoorLoop-to-StorEdge migration. I also took a newly acquired ~200-unit facility live on StorEdge in two months, rebuilding billing against the rent roll and migrating 145 smart locks.
