I combine hands-on technical support experience with operational data work and a strong foundation in financial processes. I’m highly motivated to keep learning and improving my craft, and I bring a practical, solution-focused mindset to every role.
From 2023–2025 at Command Alkon SAS, I managed and maintained operational data in relational databases, using SQL to query, update, and analyze records tied to orders, deliveries, customer accounts, and mix designs. I supported the daily operation of a digital platform unifying sales, dispatch, and back-office functions, streamlining the order lifecycle end-to-end.
I also solved real business-impact problems by connecting quote generation, order scheduling, real-time delivery tracking, and invoicing into a single interface. Working closely with dispatchers and field teams, I helped optimize route planning to reduce delivery delays and improve coordination on-site.
