At RSM US, I lead SOC engineering operations and work with the PMO on a quoting system for RSM Defense services. I serve as the liaison between SDM and Engineering, coordinating log source integrations, device monitoring, behavioral alerting, and reporting requirements.
I build automation across SaaS platforms and internal tools using Power Automate, PowerShell, Visual Basic, and APIs. My background also includes systems administration, backup and disaster recovery, virtual infrastructure, Windows Server, network security, and leading 24/7 support teams.
