I seek roles where I can lead information security and compliance programs, drive process optimization and audit readiness, mentor teams, and deliver measurable risk reduction and operational improvement.

I am an experienced process and information security leader with over a decade of progressive responsibility across information security, compliance, operational excellence, and strategic process governance. I have led company-wide controls, driven audit readiness for SOC 2, ISO and FedRAMP, and served as the primary liaison with external auditors and enterprise clients.

In my current role I own enterprise-wide process governance, information security, and compliance frameworks, design and maintain security controls and RBAC audits, and oversee business continuity, data integrity, and change/access control processes. I have a proven track record of strengthening risk management frameworks, improving NOC monitoring and escalation, and delivering Lean and leadership workshops that embed continuous improvement.

I focus on measurable outcomes—optimizing KPIs, SLAs, QA, and performance metrics—and translating insights into automation and process improvements that reduce risk and improve client-facing compliance and operational performance.
