I'm currently supporting network operations at NUSO LLC, where I monitor service-ticket alerts, troubleshoot system issues, and help maintain service continuity across servers, clients, and network layers.

I support VoIP maintenance, SIP trunk and IP updates on Sansay Switches, routing, phone-number provisioning, SMS provisioning, and Campaign ID vetting aligned with TCR compliance standards. I also create knowledge-base content and train new NOC Analysts on resolution and escalation practices.

Previously at Ria de Centroamérica, I monitored production environments, documented incidents and impact analyses, coordinated outage communications, and provided Tier 2 support for operating system, hardware, software, and network issues.

My background also includes leading customer service teams, coaching representatives, analyzing performance and call-log reports, and resolving complex customer issues. I bring hands-on networking training, a CCNA certification, and a focus on reliable, well-documented support.
